Policy 

• All clients must come washed and blow dried (no oils, conditioner etc.)

• If you are later than 5 minutes a late fee of $15 will be applied 

• After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled 

• ALL appointments must be cancelled before 48 hours of your appointment or your deposit cannot be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

•  No show appointments will be an automatic $50 

• Bundles must be purchased before your appointment 

• NO EXTRA guest

• NO hair store lace 

• All wigs and lace must be dropped off 2 days before appt
